Spin

X-Train

Spin is the ideal fitness and fat loss class.  Spin gives you a moderate to high intensity, non-impact workout.  Each class gives you  an outdoor ride on an indoor stationary bike.  Studies have shown spin burns more calories than any other group exercise class.

A cardio class that is designed to incorporate stimulate the mind and energise the body with different training styles.

Body Pump

Circuit

Pump is a non impact class to music, designed to give your body a complete workout using barbells and weights. The class uses all over body exercises focusing on good technique with light weights and high repetitions. Pump is sure to give you that well-toned, lean body.

A station based class that incorporates your basic exercises eg. Lunges, squats, push ups etc. Designed to suit all fitness levels and ages

Body Step
Boxercise and X-train classes use a variety of exercise including boxing, resistance and cardio training to give you a complete fitness workout.

Step is one of the originals.  With coordination and high pace step is a great cardio workout giving you a great leg workout.  If you are new to step or need to refresh your memory of the moves, join in the early class for learn the skills to enjoy your workout.

A dynamic, fitness-to-music program that leaves you feeling relaxed! It combines yoga,tai chi and pilates. Carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses creating a holistic low impact workout.

A non impact cardiovascular workout that is sure to get your heart rate up. Great for people with joint pain and in hot weather.
