If you sometimes get bored during your workout, why not watch some TV while you train? Most of our clubs have either personal TVs on each piece of cardio or wall-mounted plasma TVs for you to enjoy your favourite shows while you put in the hard yards!
Personalised programs are available at all Healthworks facilities. If you have never used a gym before or have specific goals in mind - a trainer will sit down with you; addressing goals, nutrition and any injuries you might have. This is the fastest way for you to reach your goals.
Run Group
The Gym
Healthworks Run Groups are specifically designed to get you motivated for that next Fun Run. Whether you just want to finish or seriously compete, we are here to help. Only offered at Healthworks on the River and now Healthworks Aspley!
Healthworks offers the latest equipment available including machine and free weights, treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, steppers and rowers.

Many of our clubs have swimming pools for members to enjoy. This is one of the best ways to cool down after a workout, or join the swim squads/aqua classes in summer.
