If you sometimes get bored doing your workout, why not watch some TV while you train. Most of our clubs have either personal TV's on each piece of cardio or plasmas to enjoy your favourite show.
All your programs are included in your membership. A Trainer will write you a personalised program when you start and you can get it update as you go. See your club for more details.
